Company Directors

Andrew Jeffrey - Managing Director - Andrew’s pro-active approach keeps the company pointing in the right direction. As well as the overall management of the company Andrew is responsible for the constant innovation and development of Pro Light’s ever expanding product lines.

Susanne Jeffrey - Financial Director - Susanne deals with all account related matters for purchase and sales ledger. For over 18 years Susanne has worked for blue chip companies managing both accounts departments and customer service units. Susanne also manages the vast amount of freight that Pro Light import throughout the year from the Far East, liaising with suppliers and freight companies.

Accounts Department

Debbie Thomas - Credit Analyst - Looking after the day to day running of Pro Light's ever increasing accounts department is no easy job. Debbie has a wealth of experience and is always on hand to help, she takes charge of making sure all the invoices go out along with account enquiry’s and credit control.

Internal Sales Team

Bernie Marsh - Internal Sales Manager - Heading up the sales team and with 20 years experience in the industry Bernie is constantly extending the success of the company. His outstanding performance over two decades has proved that both his technical and his business acumen are invaluable beyond measure.

Matt Clarke - Internal Sales - Matt is our longest serving member of the sales team and has over the years built up an outstanding wealth of sales & product knowledge and is a valuable asset to drive the company forward.

Helen Billington - Internal Sales - Helen joined us from outside the industry and is invaluable in the busy sales department. Over the years she has gained a wealth of experience in sales and customer service.

Dealer Support

Andy Barnby - Area Manager for the North West, South West, Wales and Central of the UK

Andrew Podmore - Area Manager for The South East, North East, Scotland & Central London

On the road support for dealers in even the remotest parts of the country. Visiting customers, demonstrating new products and advising on the best products for their stores are just a few of the jobs that keep them both busy.

Creative Design

Paul Owen - Creative Manager - For a company the size of Pro Light, packaging design and user manuals are a full time job. As a fully trained graphic designer Paul takes care of this as well as keeping the website up to date with the companies ever expanding product array.

Engineering & R&D

Geoff Goddard - Technical and Repair Engineer - If you are having a problem with your product, call Geoff. He has over 30 years engineering and technical experience so we're sure he'll be able to help. Along with heading up the service department he also works alongside Andrew developing new products.

Warehousing and Distribution

Ken Ellis - Warehouse Manager - Getting customer's orders out on time and well packaged is a number one priority. We aim to deliver most shipments next day.
