Andrew Jeffrey - Managing Director - Andrew’s pro-active approach keeps the company pointing in the right direction. As well as the overall management of the company Andrew is responsible for the constant innovation and development of Pro Light’s ever expanding product lines.

Susanne Jeffrey - Financial Director - Susanne deals with all account related matters for purchase and sales ledger. For over 18 years Susanne has worked for blue chip companies managing both accounts departments and customer service units. Susanne also manages the vast amount of freight that Pro Light import throughout the year from the Far East, liaising with suppliers and freight companies.

Accounts Department

Debbie Thomas - Credit Analyst - Looking after the day to day running of Pro Light's ever increasing accounts department is no easy job. Debbie has a wealth of experience and is always on hand to help, she takes charge of making sure all the invoices go out along with account enquiry’s and credit control.

Admin Department

Jackie Hyde - Office Administrator - Jackie assists our sales and accounts department on a day to day basis to maintain the smooth running of our very busy office here at Pro Light.

Internal Sales Team

Bernie Marsh - General Manager - Bernie’s job changes from day-to-day but generally he oversees the operation of the company both logistically and financially. His key responsibility is to ensure that a positive and proactive relationship exists with all internal and external customers, and that the company operates at optimum service and efficiency levels.

Helen Billington - Internal Sales Manager - Heading up the internal sales team Helen is constantly increasing the success of the company. Her outstanding performance and knowledge in sales over the years at Pro Light has proved invaluable beyond measure.

Katy Shorrock-Davey - Internal Sales - Katy has built up an outstanding wealth of sales & product knowledge and is a valuable asset to drive the company forward.

Elaine Swindlehurst - Internal Sales - Elaine is one of our newest members of the sales team and has built up outstanding customer service and sales knowledge and is a valuable asset to drive the company forward.

On the road support for dealers in even the remotest parts of the country. Visiting customers, demonstrating new products and advising on the best products for their stores are just a few of the jobs that keep them both busy.

Creative Design

Paul Owen - Creative Manager - For a company the size of Pro Light, packaging design and user manuals are a full time job. As a fully trained graphic designer Paul takes care of this as well as keeping the website up to date with the companies ever expanding product array.

Engineering , R&D and Spares

Geoff Goddard - Technical and R&D Engineer - He has over 30 years engineering and technical experience. Along with heading up the service department he also works alongside Andrew developing new products.

Mick Dilworth - Service Engineer - If you need support with your product contact mick. He is part of our highly skilled service team here at Pro Light. His role as a service engineer consists of being responsible for all back to back repair jobs that come into our building.
