January saw the first event of the year at the Mobile DJ Show hosted by Clive and the team at Entertainment House, Lacey Green. Featuring many new products, we were able to demonstrate some of the best sellers of 2011 such as iMove 50, Samurai, Warrior, Equinox Scantastic 4 and our Matrix starcloths; additionally new releases such as the Acme Cheetah, Festival, Equinox Foldable DJ Screen and the Star curtain Text Editor.

Tuesday the 27th of September saw a late night opening of the White Rose Centre in Yorkshire for an exclusive night of fashion, Dance and Fitness. 96.3 Aire FM hosted the Ultimate Girls night In event which featured Rizzle Kicks and Joe Mcelderry. Lighting was provided by Jonathan Bentham from Indivisual in Blackpool and included LEDJ Colour Strorm TRIs, 1Watt Par cans, iSolution iMove 50 SR moving heads and W Audio SM-15 Active Monitors.

Carrying on with massive success from last year’s record breaking BPM, Prolight Concepts have done it again in 2011.

Prolight exhibited their LEDJ, Flexoled, Elumen8 and Visio ranges to both new and existing customers from the UK and Europe. New products included the Kudos moving wash series, the Acme DVS-5000 video projector and the LEDJ Quad series of Pars, Battens and Washes. Congratulations to the winners at the 2011 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards. Prolight Concepts are proud to have supplied two Equinox Vixen Lasers and many FlexoLED F01 Cool White strips for the prestigious ceremony and party held in a specially designed space within London’s East Wintergarden at Canary Wharf.

Episode 12, series 15 of the Gadget Show, saw Prolight Concepts showcase its LEDJ Funky Floor as the centrepiece of the high tech gadget party.

A visit to the bowling alley used to be a family oriented place with amusements, pool tables, restaurants and play areas, but the 0’Leary Bowling Alley in Sweden wanted something different.

Andy will be joined in London next week by his wife Hazel and Mike Stead from Pro Light dealer Phase One who will ride along side Andy to the finish in Paris on July 27th.
