  • Working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Purchasing to align technical development with customer and market requirements.
  • Providing technical product training and knowledge to internal teams and external partners.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and competitor products.
  • Helping maintain a competitive and forward-thinking product portfolio.
  • Building strong relationships with manufacturers and development partners to drive product quality and continuous improvement.
You’ll ideally bring
  • A proven technical background within the event, entertainment or professional AV industry.
  • Hands-on experience in product development, engineering, technical operations or a related discipline.
  • A strong understanding of one or more relevant areas, such as electronics, mechanical design, software integration, materials or product engineering.
  • Experience working within live events, production, theatre, broadcasting, installation or other technical environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical approach to finding solutions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • A proactive, detail-focused mindset and a genuine passion for technology and innovation.
  • Most importantly, you’ll be someone who asks questions, gets hands-on, spots opportunities and wants to make things better.
What we offer
  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skills.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Permanent position, following successful completion of probation.
  • 24 days, bank holidays (normally 8) and then your birthday off after the first year.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Company staff engagement days.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Ongoing opportunities for training, development and career progression.
  • The opportunity to work with an exciting portfolio of professional products and technologies.
