Blending the classic look of the traditional Par Can with the efficiency of modern LED technology, ADJ’s Par Z Series offers versatile wash lighting for a wide range of applications. The Par Z300 RGBA features a robust 300-watt quad-colour (red, green, blue, and amber) COB LED engine, providing a wide array of colour options, including adjustable white light with colour temperatures from 2300K to 9900K. It also includes the Aria X2 wireless management system for over the air firmware/software updates for streamlined control.
Its COB (Chip On Board) technology ensures consistent output without colour shadows, while a high CRI of over 90 offers accurate colour rendering, ideal for illuminating scenery, décor, or performers with natural skin tones and enhanced depth. With 64 colour macros and additional white-light temperature macros, programming is quick and efficient. The fixture also includes six dimming modes, four dimming curves, and an onboard colour balance feature, allowing for customization across various applications and preferences.
The unit offers seven manually adjustable beam angles (9°, 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, or 40°) and comes with a gel frame for optional diffusion filters (sold separately) to expand the light spread. The LED engine also provides smooth dimming, variable-speed strobing, and adjustable refresh rates. With a lifespan of 50,000 hours, the LED light source minimizes the need for frequent replacements.
An adjustable yoke, secured with large thumb screws, allows flexible positioning on trusses or stands. The rear panel includes 5-pin DMX input and output, locking power sockets for daisy-chaining multiple units, an LED display, and four push buttons for mode selection and DMX addressing. The fixture is also RDM-compatible for remote addressing.
